Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst specializing in Warehousing and Logistics to join our team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive strategic financial planning, analyze complex data, and support operational decision-making within our logistics and warehousing functions.
The Financial Analyst partners with our operations and finance teams to drive financial planning, cost analysis, reporting, and performance analysis. This role focuses on linking financial data to operational drivers, supporting decision-making, improving efficiency, and ensuring accurate and timely billing across our client accounts.
Duties
- Contribute to the development of financial report writing that clearly communicates findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage weekly and monthly warehouse, storage, and cartage billing, including rate verification and invoicing
- Oversee Accounts Receivable collections and maintain organized A/R and billing documentation
- Verify Operations-reported costs, POD, and customer charges for accuracy; research and resolve vendor variances
- Compile and analyze weekly profit and settlement reports
- Process customer invoices and distribute to appropriate recipients
- Partner with Operations to ensure billing accuracy and support broader financial planning and cost analysis
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field)
- 1–2 years of experience preferred; warehousing, logistics, or inventory exposure is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Basic proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, and Supply Chain
- Willingness to learn our ERP/WMS system (Extensiv)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment requiring strategic planning and proactive problem-solving skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
