Job Overview
We're looking for someone to take ownership of the flow of our new and used vehicle inventory.
This isn't a traditional lot attendant position.
You'll work directly with our Used Vehicle Manager and reconditioning team to make sure vehicles move quickly from the moment we acquire them to the moment they're ready to be marketed and sold.
That means:
- Checking vehicles in and tracking their progress through reconditioning
- Coordinating cleaning and photography
- Managing vehicle locations and keys
- Identifying anything that's preventing a vehicle from moving forward in our process
You'll also help receive and check in new vehicles as they arrive from transport trucks.
The mission is simple: Keep the cars moving.
A vehicle sitting around waiting to be cleaned, photographed, inspected, or moved isn't helping anyone. We need someone who notices those things and takes action!
We're looking for someone who is:
- Extremely organized
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to juggle multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented
- A strong communicator
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
- Automotive experience is a plus, but it isn't the most important qualification.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
