Baronet Coffee, Inc. is a family owned coffee roaster with over 100 years of success supplying coffee to customers nationwide. We are looking for dependable students or seasonal workers who are home for the summer and interested in earning good money in a fast paced production environment.
This is a great summer job for someone who likes staying active, working with a team, and learning how a real manufacturing operation runs.
What You’ll Do
Work on a coffee packaging production line
Pack cartons into cases and stack finished cases on pallets
Help keep the line moving efficiently
Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures
Keep your work area clean and organized
Learn basic packaging equipment and production processes
Support the team wherever help is needed
What We’re Looking For
Reliable people who show up on time
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to stay on your feet and keep up with a moving production line
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Willingness to learn and take direction
Previous work experience is helpful, but not required
