West Nashville Preschool is a Christian preschool seeking experienced, dependable educators who value consistency, trust, and high-quality care in early childhood education. Candidates must have a highschool diploma/GED, and be at least 18 years of age.
We are hiring for two roles:
- Full-Time Pre-K Teacher
- Part-Time Afternoon Infant Caregiver
Both positions play an essential role in supporting children’s development and ensuring families feel confident in their child’s care.
Pre-K Educator (Full-Time)
Help prepare children for a confident transition into kindergarten through play-based learning, strong routines, and intentional social-emotional development. This is a co-lead position and collaboration is required.
Hours: 7:15–3:45 or 8:00–4:30 (Mon–Fri)
Infant Support (Part-Time, Afternoons – Flexible Start Time)
We are seeking an experienced, nurturing caregiver to support our infant classroom each afternoon.
- Flexible start time (approx. 2:30–3:30 PM)
- Must be available until 5:15 PM (Mon–Fri)
- This is a high-trust position requiring prior infant experience
This role is ideal for experienced caregivers, nannies, former teachers, or early childhood students seeking consistent afternoon hours.
You will support the end-of-day transition, providing calm, attentive care as children prepare to go home.

Physical Requirements
Active, hands-on role requiring lifting children, floor play, and quick responsiveness.
Compensation
Based on education and experience:
- $15/hr (high school, no experience)
- $17/hr (relevant degree, no experience)
- Higher pay for relevant experience and relevant education
