Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify the Motorcycle that meets their needs
- Explain and demonstrate features on test drives
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect to generate a stream of new customers
- Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have basic math skills
- Great customer services skills
- Know how to connect with customers and offer them the best experience possible
- Must have knowledge of basic social media skills (Facebook and Instagram) to promote yourself and reach out to customers in other ways
- Must know how to use basic computer
- Must be willing to work weekends and some evenings
- Must be willing to learn to ride if you don't already have a motorcycle endorsement
- Must commit yourself and participate in all aspects of our brand. For example: riding to bike nights or charity rides (not for pay)
