- We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties
- Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS as well as ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments, while maintaining accuracy
- Upsell menu items, wine pairings, and specialty cocktails to maximize sales opportunities
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including cocktail preparation and beverage service, adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas; bus tables promptly after guests leave
Requirements
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to engage guests effectively
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while managing multiple tables or tasks simultaneously
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising service quality
- Basic math skills for bill calculations, tip processing, and inventory management; understanding of food safety standards is essential
