Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for every patient
- Assist physical therapists with patient care during treatment sessions
- Demonstrate and guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises
- Support patients as they progress through their individualized rehabilitation programs
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment, including cleaning treatment tables, mats, and completing laundry
- Help ensure smooth clinic flow by assisting therapists and patients throughout the treatment process
