We're hiring a General Manager for Triangle Swim School in Cary. This is an active, on-your-feet role — you'll spend your days on the pool deck and in the lobby, not behind a desk. You'll lead a team of instructors and support staff, own the schedule and the enrollment, and be the person families know by name.
Triangle Swim School is part of Elevate Youth Development, a growing family of youth athletics programs operating over 30 locations across gymnastics, swim, and martial arts.

Responsibilities Include:
- Hiring, coaching, leading, and inspiring a team — both in aquatics and customer service
- Creating and managing schedules and leading regular team meetings
- Driving exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction, leading by example on front-line shifts
- Managing employee engagement and retention
- Responding calmly, positively, and proactively to challenges
- Mastering our teaching curriculum and customer service standards
- Teaching lessons across ages and skill levels
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility
- Creating a caring, fun, and effective work environment
- Directly managing key performance indicators to keep the location running efficiently
- Managing and operating a profitable business
Requirements:
- Prior experience teaching swim lessons or coaching aquatics
- 2+ years of management experience supervising a team, department, or site
- Proven success leading, motivating, and developing a team
- A genuine love for teaching children
- Ability to recognize problems and resolve them on the spot
- Excellent customer service instincts
- Ability to set goals, build plans, and turn plans into action
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
