Job Summary
Provides nursing care and a wide variety of patient care activities in the outpatient/ambulatory setting at our Lemmon Clinic, under the supervision of the RN, physician, or other authorized provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Support patient assessment and communication under RN/provider direction
- Administer medications with appropriate patient education
- Assist the provider and document care in the EHR
- Recognize and report significant condition changes
- LPN license (ND and/or SD)
- BLS and ACLS certification
- No prior experience required - on-site training provided
