- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (1 hour lunch); Rotating on-call schedule required.

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Painter on our team, you will keep our facilities looking sharp and professional. Our Painters handle everything from prep to the final coat:
- Inspect buildings, read instructions, and prep surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling cracks.
- Safely set up ladders and scaffolding, protecting all nearby furniture, carpets, and landscaping.
- Mix, match, and expertly apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of tools and follow all safety and chemical disposal guidelines.
- Drive a company vehicle safely and assist our facility maintenance team with emergency service needs when an on-call rotation comes up.
What You Bring To The Team
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven residential or commercial painting experience (completion of an apprenticeship is a plus!).
- Skills: Incredible attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a great sense of balance on ladders or scaffolding.
- Requirements: A valid driver's license and the physical ability to stand, kneel, crawl, and safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
- Attitude: A team-first mindset, great customer service skills, and a commitment to safe working practices.
