Responsibilities and Duties: this is a maintenance position.
Cleaning is required (sweeping, trash collection, cleaning windows, blowing sidewalks, removing bird waste, removing graffiti, occasional parking payment management, and any basic cleaning duties)
- Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality
- Courteous and friendly
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to drive a golf cart and have a valid DL

Qualifications and Skills for Parking Facility Maintenance:
- 1 year of Customer Service & cleaning experience is preferred
High School education or equivalent

- Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
- Must have a vehicle to drive to locations.
