This flexible position involves a variety of responsibilities, including custodial duties and occasional support for the Park Manager at a residential mobile home park. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with custodial operations by restocking supplies, emptying trash, and keeping all areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Perform routine cleaning duties while strictly following all safety protocols.
- Step in to support management functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel and general computer skills
- Strong basic math skills
- Experience with rent rolls is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly , professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
Pay: $15.00 per hour
