This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, developing talent, and ensuring operational excellence in our finishing department.
You will:
- Lead and develop supervisors, leads, and operators into a high-performing, engaged team
- Drive safety, quality, and productivity performance across finishing operations
- Champion a continuous improvement culture — challenging the status quo and finding better ways to work
- Ensure efficient scheduling, workflow, and on-time delivery
- Partner cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and leadership teams
- Build a culture of accountability, communication, and ownership
- Develop future leaders and strengthen bench strength within the department

What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing (preferably folding carton or packaging)
- Strong understanding of finishing operations, scheduling, and workflow management
- Track record of developing people and building strong teams
- Clear focus on continuous improvement and operational performance
- Effective communicator with a hands-on, floor-driven leadership style
- Ability to drive results while maintaining a positive, team-first environment
