We are seeking compassionate School-Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in a school setting. Positions are available in Nassau County school districts including Merrick, Syosset, and Farmingdale. As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development of our young clients.
About the Role:
As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you'll work closely with a team of licensed professionals to design and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing interventions, and providing support to children and families. Responsibilities:
Provide direct one-on-one behavioral support to students based on individualized treatment plans.
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Collect and accurately document behavioral data during sessions.
Assist students with developing communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, BCBAs, and families to support student success.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all company and school policies.

Requirements:
High school diploma
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of student and client information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
