The Parts Department Counterpersons assist customers and employees to select required parts, pull and fills orders, and sets-up orders for daily shipment, delivery or pick-up. They answer telephone calls and provide price quotes and assist outside sales representatives to fill their orders, ensure internal requests are billed on service repair orders, process payments and refunds for customers as well as maintaining records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special-order parts. They replenish inventory daily.
Requirements
