Pay
- Full-Time Salary: $72,000–$96,000/year
- 1099 Contractor Rate: $60–$75/hour
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Georgia License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Feeding therapy experience a plus
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome and will be fully supported!

Responsibilities
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Rogers Bridge Pediatric Therapy, your responsibilities will include:
- Administering and interpreting a variety of speech, language, and feeding assessments tailored to each child’s needs
- Developing individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals to guide therapy
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including daily SOAP notes, progress summaries, and re-evaluations
- Submitting progress reports every 6 months and/or as needed for plan of care updates or transitions
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment that promotes learning and engagement
- Tracking and analyzing data to monitor progress and make informed treatment decisions
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, therapists, and other professionals to support care
- Communicating effectively with parents and team members regarding goals, progress, and strategies for carryover at home
- Upholding HIPAA standards and maintaining client confidentiality in all aspects of care
- Keeping electronic medical records updated using clinic-approved EMR systems
