Top performing used car dealership is seeking a Sales Consultant who takes pride in customer
service and getting customers into the right vehicle. Full time with an opportunity for monthly

competitive wages of $15.00 - $18.00 hourly with a monthly bonus plan ranging from 0 - $2500,
401k, Health Ins. Vision Ins, Paid Vacations/Holidays, PTO.
Duties:
- Build rapport with potential clients and help qualify them for financing
- Demonstrate the vehicle and how its features will benefit the customer
- Educate the customer on the importance of timely payments while recommending appropriate
solutions and avoiding possible consequences
- Work with customers/sales team to resolve outstanding balances
- Heavy phone work soliciting customers
Qualifications
- Sales Consultant must be self-motivated
- Excellent persuasive ability to influence others
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze information, evaluate results and develop solutions
- Integrity is of the utmost priority
- Valid and current driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- Will be subject to drug testing, drug free work environment
- Preference will be given to applicants with one-year tangible sales experience
