COMPENSATION
- 18-21/hr entry level | $22-24/hr with verifiable 2+ years dental front office experience
SCHEDULE
- Tuesday through Friday — 4-day work week (7:45am – 5:00pm)
- No Saturdays, No Sundays, No Evenings
YOUR ROLE
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Keep the hygiene schedule full and fill any last minute cancellations
- Answer and convert inbound calls to scheduled appointments using proven call scripts
- Collect patient balances and co-pays
- Handle dental insurance-related patient questions
- Present and follow up on treatment plans
- Cross-trained with full front office team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years dental front office – preferred
- Basic Dental Knowledge (teeth numbers and common dental procedures) - preferred
- Knowledge of PPO plans and Dental Insurance verification - highly preferred
- Open Dental experience - a plus
- Dependable, organized, patient-focused & coachable
- Bi-lingual in Spanish highly preferred
