Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform basic proofreading tasks for documents and emails
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important notes
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not necessary
- Familiarity with law office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using Outlook, Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, etc., for document creation and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
