Tamarack Family Services is looking to add a PT Evening Board Certified Behavior Analyst to our exceptional team in Coeur d’Alene, ID! We are excited to offer this position as a hybrid role (2-3 days remote & remaining days in person).
Qualified candidates must have a Master's degree in a related field and hold an active BCBA certification.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Benefits:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Duties:
- Overseeing 4-5 evening clients Monday-Friday (3:30pm-7pm)
- Bonus opportunities for higher billable hours each week
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior management techniques and strategies to promote skill development and reduce problem behaviors
- Supervise and train RBTs or other clinical staff in implementing behavior interventions and data collection procedures
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior outcomes to inform treatment planning and make adjustments as needed
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, caregivers, and other stakeholders involved in the client's care
- Conduct services in the clinic, home, community, and/or school environments
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Skills:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D)
- Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavioral principles, techniques, and strategies
- Proficient in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavior interventions
- Ability to collect and analyze data to evaluate client progress and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, coworkers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and scheduling for themselves
- Preference given to BCBAs trained in trauma-informed practices and compassionate ABA services (i.e., SBT, ACT, AIM, etc.)
