Description
We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Summer Labor and Cleaning Crew team during the fair season. Team members will assist with general labor duties, facility upkeep, trash removal, cleaning, event setup and breakdown, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for fair attendees and staff. This position requires the ability to work outdoors, stay active throughout the shift, and work effectively as part of a team.
Available Positions
Fair Week Crew (1-Week Seasonal Position)
Crew members will support fair operations during the week of the fair by assisting with:

General cleanup and grounds maintenance
*
Trash removal and restroom upkeep
*
Event setup and breakdown assistance
*
Maintaining cleanliness throughout the fairgrounds
Team Lead Positions (3-Week Seasonal Position)
Team Leads will assist with overseeing daily crew assignments and supporting fair operations before, during, and after the event. Additional responsibilities may include:

Supervising and supporting crew staff
*
Delegating tasks and monitoring completion
*
Assisting with setup, cleanup, and grounds maintenance
*
Ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
*
Communicating with supervisors regarding operational needs
Requirements
*
Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods
*
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
*
Reliable attendance and teamwork required
*
Previous leadership experience preferred for Team Lead positions
*
Must have valid driver's license
Compensation
*
Starting at $18.65 per hour
*
Team Lead pay may vary based on experience
