Looking for IMMEDIATE HIRE for Sushi Chef for LEGENDS RESTAURANT to create traditional sushi rolls and nigiri. Candidate will work 5 - 6 days a week. Sushi experience required.
Housing will be provided for this great opportunity to work for a well established restaurant that is open year round.
Duties
- Prepare and assemble sushi dishes according to established recipes
- Create new sushi dishes
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
Pay: $1500.00 per week plus
