We are looking for an in house and traveling service technician as well as an inhouse handy man for our facilities and properties. Work would involve troubleshooting and repairing small 12v and 120vac powered machines in our shop and at private residences all over the country. We also have several trucks and trailers that require frequent repairs and maintenance. Extensive vehicle repair knowledge and good driving record are a must. Job would involve traveling mostly in the southeast but also to every state in the country and even internationally.
Requirements: mechanical background, working knowledge of troubleshooting ac and dc motor control systems, good customer service skills and attitude, ability to work with technology for communication (using apps to complete jobs, email, calendar), ability to lift 50+ lbs occasionally, self motivated with a good work ethic, professionalism with customers and coworkers, drug free and safe driver with clean driving record and reliable transportation to/from work (we will provide transportation for all work events), basic hand tools SAE and Metric and some specialized equipment (multimeter, soldering iron). Not required, but would prefer construction and renovation knowledge (framing, roof, ceiling/floor repairs, renovation, plumbing, flooring, walls)
