Qualifications:
- Experience with basic power and hand tools
- Ability to read prints and instructions
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing/shop functions preferred
- Self-motivated to move onto the next project without constant supervision
- Reliable and can be counted on daily
- Hard working, efficient, and always looking for ways to improve productivity
- Goal orientated, setting daily goals, and doing what it takes to accomplish those goals
- Overhead crane experience preferred
Duties:
- Install correct build stands for equipment being built
- Hang main bodies on stands using cranes and prep other components for machine assembly
- Assemble equipment per assembly instructions
- Perform quality run tests and checks
- Repair any necessary quality issues found during quality checks and tests
- Remove finished machine from build stands using crane
- Crate and package finished machines for storage and shipping
- Assist with picking parts for assemblies using computer generated pick lists
- Assist paint department with prepping and washing weldments and finished machines
- Clean and organize work areas including isles and bathrooms when required
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned
