Contracts Administrator
Location: North Hollywood, CA
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour (W2)
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the front-end intake process for aftermarket products. This role is responsible for reviewing customer purchase orders, preparing proposals, administering contracts, coordinating with internal teams, and serving as a key point of contact for customers. Candidates with military contract support experience are highly preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–2 years of contract administration experience
- Experience supporting military or government contracts preferred
- Strong customer communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to review contract terms, pricing, and delivery requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Contract Management certification (or currently pursuing)
- Knowledge of government procurement and contract regulations
- Experience preparing proposals and responding to RFPs
- Familiarity with export compliance and aerospace industry practices
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
