Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, schools, or teletherapy preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service providers
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services onsite to a diverse student caseload and age group (to be determined)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and create engaging therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement strategies supporting academic and social development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
