Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality screen printing processes to produce vibrant, durable prints on various substrates. Your expertise will help ensure that each product meets our rigorous standards for color accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate screen printing machinery, including large-format printers, ensuring optimal performance and print quality
- Interpret production documents, including layout designs and technical specifications, to ensure accurate reproduction of artwork
- Conduct routine mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting on industrial equipment to maintain smooth operation
- Perform quality control checks throughout the printing process to detect and correct defects promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards and operational protocols
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales representatives and graphic design department associates.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Basic knowledge the screenprinting process and machine operations.
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
