At Renkim, we're looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our Sales & Marketing team. Working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and sales team, you'll manage CRM systems, coordinate meetings and travel, support proposals and RFPs, generate sales reports, organize conferences and trade shows, create social media content, and ensure exceptional communication with customers and prospects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in helping a sales team operate at its highest level.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting a sales organization, strong communication and organizational skills, and is comfortable using technology including Salesforce or other CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, AI productivity tools, and sales enablement software. Job Summary:
As a Sales Administrator, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer records, coordinating communications, and assisting with reporting and conference coordination and provide timely administrative support that empowers our sales representatives to focus on building relationships and closing deals. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive communication will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet ambitious sales targets, and keep our business growing.
Essential Duties:
Sales Support
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Prepare quotes, proposals, sales documents and prosepct follow ups
- Maintain sales CRM updates and scheduling
- Manage conference calendar, registration process and event planning
- Support outside sales representatives while traveling to trade shows or meeting with clients
- Social Media – actively post, maintain, and create content
- Assist with maintaining responsiveness and communication standards with prospects and customers
- Assist with the procurement and execution of RFP’s
- Research/prospecting/cold calls/cold email/schedule meetings for sales reps
CRM & Reporting
- Update and maintain CRM system records
- Generate weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports
- Track sales metrics and pipeline activity
- Monitor customer account information and follow-ups
- Manage all sales tools: Salesforce, Go High Level, ZoomInfo, and Just Win
Customer Service
- Respond to customer and prospect inquiries and route requests appropriately
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales reps, and internal departments
- Assist with resolving customer concerns
- Help deliver a positive customer and partner experience through timely communication, organization, and proactive follow-up
- In person meetings – tradeshows/office visits/events
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule meetings and customer appointments
- Coordinate travel and calendars for sales representatives
- Assist with sales meetings and presentation preparation
- Help prepare materials for customer and prospect meetings, presentations, and conferences
Financial & Administrative Tasks
- Assist with invoice tracking and AR issue follow-up
- Support contract and document management
- Maintain pricing lists and product information
- Managing all sales documentation in SharePoint
Other
· Regular and prompt attendance at work, and work overtime when necessary.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Associate of Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of administrative or sales support experience preferred
- Experience supporting outside sales teams preferred
- Knowledge of sales reporting and customer account management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Strong communication and follow-through skills
· Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- CRM systems such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Go High Level and Just Win
- Social Media
- AI tools
