We're looking for a creative, energetic iPhone Content Creator who can bring the Team Elite experience to life through authentic, high-quality social content.
This role is for someone who understands sports, culture, social media, and storytelling—and knows how to capture the moments that make people want to be part of Team Elite.
From practices and tournaments to player interviews, behind-the-scenes moments, and family experiences, you'll help tell our story in real time while representing the Team Elite brand at a high level.
About the Role
The iPhone Content Creator will attend Team Elite practices, games, tournaments, training sessions, camps, tryouts, and select events to capture engaging social-first content.
You'll work closely with Team Elite leadership, coaches, athletes, and families to showcase the energy, development, competition, and culture behind our organization.
This isn't simply about recording basketball.
It's about capturing moments, telling stories, creating energy, and building the Team Elite brand.
What You'll Do
- Capture high-quality photo and video content using an iPhone.
- Create engaging Instagram Stories throughout practices, games, tournaments, and events.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments that showcase Team Elite culture.
- Film practices, training sessions, games, camps, and tryouts.
- Conduct short-form interviews with players, coaches, and parents.
- Capture player highlights, celebrations, team moments, and sideline content.
- Develop creative concepts for social-first content.
- Create content that feels current, stylish, authentic, and professional.
- Engage with our digital audience through compelling storytelling.
- Organize and deliver content for continued use across Team Elite platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership on campaigns, announcements, events, and brand initiatives.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content.
- Represent Team Elite professionally when interacting with athletes, families, coaches, and partners.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who understands how to make a sports organization look and feel premium through content.
You should have an eye for moments—the ability to recognize the emotion after a big play, capture the intensity of a training session, ask the right question in a player interview, and turn everyday moments into content people want to watch.
The ideal candidate understands that great content isn't only about production quality. It's about timing, personality, storytelling, culture, and connection.
What You'll Bring
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Stories, Reels, and short-form content.
- Experience creating content using an iPhone.
- Strong visual eye and sense of style.
- Understanding of current social media trends.
- Comfortable interviewing athletes, coaches, and parents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to capture content in fast-paced environments.
- Creativity and confidence generating new ideas.
- Professionalism around youth athletes and families.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependability and ability to work independently.
- Interest in basketball, sports, media, or youth athletics preferred.
