Healthy Homes LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee restoration, reconstruction, roofing, exterior, and healthy home improvement projects. This position manages production from post-sale handoff through final completion, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and at the highest level of quality.
This is a leadership and oversight role. The Project Manager manages the work, the people, the schedule, and the standards. They are not expected to perform trade labor, but they are fully accountable for execution, coordination, and quality control in the field.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee interior and exterior projects from start to finish
- Manage both subcontractors and in-house team members
- Hold crews accountable to scope, schedule, and quality expectations
- Lead teams with clarity, direction, and performance standards
- Push crews to operate at their highest level while maintaining professionalism
- Build and manage production schedules to ensure efficient workflow
- Review scope of work and create clear job execution plans
- Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and staged properly
- Perform routine on-site inspections to verify workmanship and progress
- Identify issues early and implement corrective action
- Serve as the primary production contact for homeowners
- Conduct final quality inspections and customer walkthroughs
- Oversee company vehicle usage, organization, and maintenance schedules
- Ensure equipment and vehicles are clean, job-ready, and professionally maintained
The Project Manager protects the integrity of every project and the performance of every crew. This includes enforcing installation standards, maintaining proper sequencing, ensuring building envelope and moisture management principles are followed, and creating a culture of accountability in the field.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary, with a formal performance review at 90 days. Exceptional operators who demonstrate leadership, accountability, and consistent quality control will have the opportunity to increase compensation to $90,000 based on performance metrics including project execution, crew management, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.
