Description:
The Clinical Director is responsible for agency and regulatory compliance of all CSS Programs, including the areas of CSS clinical services, day-to-day operations, and CSS administration. The individual in this position supervises the Asst. Dir. of Clinical Services, Asst. Program Director, Team Leaders, and Life Coaches. This position oversees all aspects of IRP Development and ensures consumers receive services as prescribed. The Clinical Director is a key member of the QA Committee.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for CSS program compliance with all agency, licensing, and funding requirements and adherence to quality standards
- Reviews and approves all billing documentation for accuracy and IME requirements
- Ensures agency billing requirements and goals are met
- Partners with Clinical Dept. to ensure timely completion of all CSS and agency documentation
- Partners with Clinical Dept. and CSS staff in IRP development meetings
- Conducts and documents formal supervision meetings in accordance with agency, funding, and licensing requirements.
- Ensures staff scheduling meets licensing and program service requirements
- Provides crisis intervention services, including participation in crisis management facilitation and follow-up
- Participates in the training, orientation, and professional development of CSS Program staff
- Serves as a key member of the QA Committee
- Provides on-call support for staff 24 hours a day in rotation with other CSS Leadership staff
- Promotes interdepartmental collaboration to ensure consistent quality service provision
- Provides input to CIOO relevant to organizational growth, operational needs, and executive level matters
- All other duties as assigned or necessary
Qualifications:
- A Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Counseling, or other related behavioral health/counseling program is required.
- A minimum of two years previous experience in an adult residential mental health setting is required.
- An active clinical license, such as a LCSW or LPC, is required.
- This individual is required to have excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe, experience working with an EHR, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid NJ Driver’s License is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
