Striping Foreman Positions Available
Falcon Contracting, Inc. is a WBE, WOSB,DBE, and SBE Arizona corporation that opened its doors in September 2001. We are located in Phoenix, AZ. The company provides pavement marking services to the construction industry to meet diverse applications and requirements. We actively perform work for General Contractors as well as an assorted customer base. We work on Airports, Roads, and Parking Lots/Garages. Our goals are to meet and exceed the needs of our clients and to establish a compatible relationship of trust.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Hours vary, night work varies, and some out of town work.
Benefits:
· Vacation Pay – Employees can accrue vacation at their 1st year of employment. You can reach up to 120 vacation hours annually depending upon years of service.
· Holiday Pay – After 60 days of employment, most Federal holidays are paid. In addition, as a company, we take the entire Christmas week off as part of our paid holiday package.
· Simple IRA – If you participate, we will contribute 1% of your gross pay every week, and at the end of the year the company may contribute an additional 2% of your gross pay depending upon company performance.
· Reviews – Performance reviews are done at your 60 days, 6 months, and annually thereafter.

Experience:
2 years of Pavement Marking Experience required
Responsibilities:
· Inspect and prepare company trucks and trailers for deployment; load materials and drive construction crews to work sites.
· Assign work to employees, based on material and worker requirements of specific jobs and employees’ capabilities.
· Provide assistance to workers engaged in site prep, surfacing, striping, and installation activities, using hand tools and other equipment.
· Confer with Field Supervisor and other contractors to resolve problems or to coordinate activities.
· Train and coach new employees in work procedures and techniques including site prep, surfacing, striping, and sign installation methods, operation of equipment, job-site clean-up, and safety procedures.
· Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.
· Lift, carry, load, and unload materials and equipment such as paving materials, marking supplies, signs, spraying and extruding equipment, etc.
· Willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers with other duties
· Load and unload trucks.
· Maintaining a clean job site: picking up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards
Minimum Qualifications:
· Ability to lift up to 90 lbs., bend, walk, and work in adverse weather conditions
· Clean driving record
· MUST pass background check
· Must know how to read drawings
· Must have strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with team members and clients.
· 2 years of Pavement Marking Experience required
· Ability to work well with others and on their own
