Pay: Based on experience
Responsibilities:
-
Provide emergency roadside assistance to customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
-
Receive in-bound calls from Salem customers & diagnose mechanical issues
-
Act as a liaison between the servicing location & the customer
-
Demonstrate excellent phone & customer service skills to interact with internal & external customers
Qualifications and Skills:
-
2 years of prior call center or telemarketing experience
-
High School diploma or equivalent required
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & remain accurate
-
Pleasant attitude and personality
-
Basic computer and typing skills
-
Prior transportation industry experience strongly preferred
