Floor Manager - Movie Theater
Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, energetic Floor Manager to help lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. The Floor Manager oversees daily theater operations, supports employees, ensures cleanliness and provides excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support theater staff during assigned shifts.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally.
Open and close theater following company procedures.
Ensure auditoriums, lobby, restrooms, and concession areas remain clean and well-stocked.
Assist with concession operations, including food preparation and inventory.
Train, coach and motivate team members while maintaining a positive work environment.
Monitor staff performance and ensure company policies are followed.
Handle cash, deposits, and register balancing as needed.
Respond quickly to operational issues and equipment concerns.
Ensure all safety, sanitation, and security procedures are followed.
Qualifications
Previous supervisory or retail management experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational and Multitasking
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and school breaks.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
