What We're Looking For
Independent contractor teams of 2–4 who can commit to:
- A reliable vehicle with valid registration and insurance (proof required)
- A valid driver's license for a driver
- Completion of a background check
- Providing your own basic cleaning equipment (mops, vacuums, microfiber cloths, etc.)
- Clear, professional communication with clients
Scope of Work
- Residential and/or commercial cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and related tasks)
- Travel to client locations across the Williamson County service area
- Meeting Magic Broom's quality standards for finished results
- Maintaining your own equipment and vehicle in a safe, professional condition
- Direct office communication and prompt reporting of any issues
