Duties
- Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning to keep pools sparkling and safe.
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators, ensuring they operate efficiently.
- Clean pool surfaces, tiles, skimmers, and filters using appropriate tools to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Identify potential mechanical issues early by conducting thorough inspections and escalate as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service updates, maintenance schedules, and safety procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Prior experience as a service technician or in a related field involving mechanical repair or equipment maintenance is preferred, but No experience needed. We will train.
- Demonstrated experience in pool maintenance and cleaning techniques is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with pool chemicals, water chemistry testing, and safety protocols related to pool operation preferred
- Ability to work independently in outdoor environments while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with proactive communication to ensure timely resolution of issues.
