We believe the next generation of AI companies will be built by multidisciplinary teams that combine excellent engineering with sound product thinking and genuine customer empathy, because Agentic AI and modern “vibe coding” still require experienced professionals who understand how complete systems are designed, built, integrated, secured, and maintained.
Fitness Interface LLC is building a network of AI and software professionals who help entrepreneurs throughout the Las Vegas area develop practical, production-ready AI applications.
Current client opportunities range from early-stage MVPs to small pilot programs to large business transformation initiatives.
We’re interested in professionals with experience across one or more portions of the modern AI application landscape, especially those with demonstrated expertise in areas such as:
- MCP servers, AI tool integration, and agent orchestration frameworks
- Next.js / React / TypeScript
- Python or Node.js backend development
- OpenAI APIs and LLM integration
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)
- PostgreSQL and relational databases
- Semantic search and retrieval pipelines
- API design and integration
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel)
- Authentication and security
- Prompt engineering and structured outputs
- AI agents and workflow orchestration
- Testing, deployment, monitoring, and DevOps
- UX/UI design
- Product management
- Technical writing and documentation
- Scrum, Agile, or other collaborative delivery practices
You don’t need experience with everything listed.
What matters most is your ability to build reliable systems, learn quickly, collaborate well, and deliver measurable business value through customer-centric, OKR-driven execution guided by your empathy, agency, ethics, and vision.
