We’re looking for a high-energy Real Estate Assistant to be the "voice and face" of our brand to our most important asset: our clients.
This isn't just about paperwork; it’s about ensuring every past, present, and future client feels like a VIP.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Past Client Engagement: Managing our "Client for Life" program, ensuring no one falls through the cracks after closing.
Direct Mail Guru: Designing and coordinating monthly postcards, market updates, and annual sales anniversary mailers.
Social Media Management: Creating engaging content (reels, stories, and posts) to keep us top-of-mind.
Client Concierge: Handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and executing our systematic follow-up program.
Database Management: Keeping the CRM organized and updated so our outreach is always personalized.
Who You Are:
A People Person: You’re comfortable on the phone and have a "service-first" attitude.
Creative & Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for design (Canva skills are a huge plus!) and never miss a typo.
Self-Starter: You don’t need to be micro-managed; you see a gap and fill it.
Tech-Fluent: Comfortable with CRMs, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
