Responsibilities of the AT&T Wireless Sales Assistant:
- Meet with customers in-person in a professional in-person environment
- Educate customers about AT&T wireless products, services, and promotions
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best wireless solutions
- Generate new customer acquisitions through consultative sales
- Build strong customer relationships focused on long-term satisfaction
- Answer customer questions and provide product knowledge
- Process enrollments and service upgrades accurately
- Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer experience
Qualifications of the AT&T Wireless Sales Assistant:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to company policy and/or legal requirements.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to satisfaction
- Ability to work in an in-person customer-facing environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
