● Sales & Product Recommendations: Educate clients on available financial solutions, including insurance, investment, and retirement options, while identifying opportunities to enhance their financial well-being.
● Application & Account Assistance: Guide clients through the application process for financial products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
● Issue Resolution & Customer Satisfaction: Address client concerns, troubleshoot financial service issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
● Relationship Building & Retention: Develop strong client relationships through follow-ups and proactive communication to encourage long-term financial planning and service engagement.
Customer Service Agent Requirements:
● Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services industry.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
● Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
● High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related fields is advantageous.
