Purpose:
Students are/will be enrolled in the John Deere Agriculture Technician Program at either Lake Land College, Vincennes University, or Northeast Iowa Community College. Students attend and participate in hands-on classes at school while completing paid internships at their sponsoring store.
Responsibilities/Requirements:

Learns to performs basic diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment through hand-on classes throughout program and paid internships at their sponsoring store

Actively participates and attends all classes during entire program

Regularly attends and works the required hours during internships

Must maintain a good driving record in compliance with company Motor Vehicle Records criteria throughout employment
