Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Inspector to join our team. This role requires a NICET Level II certification in Inspection & Testing of Water-Based Systems, as required by the State of Texas. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, knowledgeable in NFPA 25 compliance, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge) per NFPA 25.
- Clearly document findings and deficiencies using inspection software.
- Communicate inspection results and recommendations to customers.
- Coordinate with service and repair teams to address system issues.
- Drive and maintain a company-provided vehicle, keeping tools and equipment in good working order.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- NICET Level II in Inspection & Testing of Water-Based Systems (required for licensing in Texas)
- Minimum 2 years of sprinkler inspection experience
- Strong understanding of NFPA 25 and state/local fire codes
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
