A new and growing telepsychiatric practice based in North Carolina is seeking a collaborative/supervising physician. This role is a non-clinical, fully remote position with minimal time commitment and competitive monthly compensation.
This role is ideal for a physician seeking to support the advancement of psychiatric care in a flexible, low-demand capacity.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and sign a collaborative practice agreement in compliance with North Carolina Board of Nursing and Medical Board regulations.
- Conduct periodic chart reviews in accordance with state guidelines.
- Be available for consultation as needed (no direct patient care required).
- Maintain compliance with all supervisory requirements for PMHNP practice.
Qualifications
- MD or DO licensed in North Carolina
- Must hold an active, unrestricted DEA license (with the same schedules as the PMHNP)
- Board certification in psychiatry, internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics preferred
- Prior experience as a collaborating physician is helpful but not required.
