Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Worker to join our senior living community. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, comfortable , and welcoming environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner
- Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks
- Maintaining common areas and resident apartments
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards
- Helping with seasonal outdoor maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
