In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with precision and enthusiasm. Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation equipment, following schematics and HVAC design plans.
- Conduct system inspections and troubleshoot issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Perform maintenance tasks on existing HVAC units, including cleaning, part replacement, and system adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with property owners to explain system features and provide guidance on proper operation and maintenance.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair or replace components such as refrigeration systems, plumbing connections, or electrical wiring as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately install or service complex HVAC/R (refrigeration) systems.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to welding, ammonia refrigeration handling, and equipment repair procedures.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or field service roles involving HVAC installation or maintenance.
- Service technician experience with refrigeration systems, appliance repair, or property maintenance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HVAC design principles, schematics interpretation, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
- Hands-on experience working with HVAC Equipment
- Mechanical knowledge complemented by skills in brazing or equipment repair enhances your ability to handle diverse installation challenges.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required; experience operating <PERSON> drivers or similar vehicles is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
