We are currently hiring Lead Teachers for infant and toddler classrooms in Brooklyn, NY 11224.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in the classroom while shaping the early experiences of children during their most important developmental years.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure safety and engagement.
- Provide individualized attention to each child, addressing their unique needs and interests.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and emotional growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to enhance the overall daycare experience.
Skills:
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices related to early childhood education.
- Experience in babysitting, preschool, or daycare settings is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.

Infant/Toddler Lead Teachers: $19-23 an hour
