Position: Full-Time Cocktail Garden Team Member
Location: Claverack, NY (Multiple Locations)
Pay: $17.00/hour + tips + $2 commission per bottle
Average hourly earnings: $24–$27 including tips and commission

Cooper’s Daughter Spirits is a family-owned and operated farm distillery with a passionate team of 16—and we’re growing. We’re seeking a full-time Cocktail Garden Team Member to join us at our Claverack location. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable checking IDs and serving alcohol responsibly
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Organized and confident working independently and as part of a team
Primary Responsibilities
- Selling and marketing farm-made spirits in the tasting room, cocktail garden, festivals, and farmers markets
- Providing guided tastings with knowledgeable, engaging product explanations
- Mixing and serving cocktails
- Delivering outstanding hospitality to all guests
- Preparing for markets and festivals, including loading/unloading vehicles with supplies and cases
- General cleaning and upkeep of the tasting room, distillery, and bed & breakfast
- Labeling and light production support as needed
Compensation
- Hourly pay plus tips and commission at the tasting room
