TDI Fleet Services is seeking a dependable and organized Truck & Trailer Parts Person to support our fleet maintenance operations. In this role, you'll work closely with our technicians to ensure the right parts are available when needed, helping keep our customers on the road safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and order truck and trailer parts for fleet maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of frequently used parts and shop supplies.
- Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming shipments.
- Issue parts to technicians and accurately document inventory usage.
- Work with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and warranty information.
- Process returns, warranty claims, and core returns.
- Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure parts are available for scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in heavy-duty truck and trailer parts or fleet maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of diesel engines, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and trailer components.
- Familiarity with inventory management and parts lookup systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
