Overview:
We are seeking an Expeditor to join our team. The Expeditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of food orders from the kitchen to customers. If you have experience in hospitality, food preparation, and customer service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen staff and servers
- Ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers
- Communicate any delays or issues with orders to the appropriate team members
- Verify accuracy and completeness of orders before they are served
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and serving areas
Experience:
- Prior experience as a cook, in hospitality, or food preparation is preferred
- Familiarity with banquet or restaurant settings
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to assist with bussing, food handling, and other tasks as needed
