Launch Your Career in Behavioral Health:
Are you ready for a role that offers more than just a paycheck—a role that builds a valuable, high-demand career? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavioral Health Trainees (known internally as ABA Behavior Technicians or BTs).
In this position, you will be on the front lines, providing critical one-on-one support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This is your chance to gain professional certification, mentorship, and experience in the rapidly growing field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Your Mission:
- Skill Builder: Implement custom treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to foster essential communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Data Driven: Collect precise behavioral and skill acquisition data during every session, contributing directly to the client's progress.
- Positive Reinforcer: Utilize play and positive reinforcement techniques to create an engaging and effective learning environment.
- Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver holistic care.
Your Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A strong, demonstrated passion for mentorship, child development, and helping others succeed.
- Excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills.
- Reliable access to transportation to service client locations.
- The ability to pass a thorough background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
Accelerated Career Track:
Zero experience in ABA is required. We see potential, not prerequisites. We provide a full-spectrum, paid program to train you from the ground up, including preparation and support for your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
What We Offer (Comprehensive Benefits Package):
- Paid Professional Training (including RBT certification prep).
- Mentorship from experienced BCBAs and supervisors.
- Clear Growth Opportunities and a defined path to clinical roles, including support for becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
